There’s an unwritten point in a Starfleet officer’s career sometime after they reach the rank of admiral where they can officially stop caring about maintaining a trim physique anymore. It’s like packing a little extra weight on there somehow adds to the gravitas. Don’t bother trying to find it in the regulations, just look at this veteran here and know truth.
